We’re rolling out something special! We are thrilled to partner with “Let’s Roll Together Sushi” to offer an exclusive Sushi Making Workshop – a hands-on culinary adventure where you’ll learn the art of creating beautiful sushi rolls. You will create your own sushi masterpieces to either enjoy as you go along, at the end of the class, or to take home with you. Come master the art of sushi making while enjoying expertly paired wines.

Meet Your Chef: Kyoko
We’re honored to welcome Chef Kyoko, whose journey with sushi began in her childhood home in rural Japan. Raised in a family deeply rooted in the sushi business, with her father being a Sushi Master, sushi was as natural to her as air, something she barely thought twice about. However, it wasn’t until she traveled outside Japan that she truly fell in love with sushi, recognizing its versatility, beauty, and creativity. Now, after more than 30 years, she enjoys crafting sushi every day, and sharing her passion and expertise with others.
