On July 18th, we hosted Run with Wending – a chardonnay-focused five-course tasting luncheon.
Winemaker Ron Giesbrecht teamed up with Dan Sullivan, from Rosehall Run Vineyards of Prince Edward County, Thomas Bachelder from Bachelder Wines of Beamsville, and Stéphane Schaeffer from Maison Molliard of Burgundy to feature wines that complemented a beautiful meal prepared by Zach Smith from Fat Rabbit.

What an unforgettable afternoon. Guests were treated to an elevated experience, with Ron, Dan, Thomas, and Stephane sharing their stories and deep passion for their wines that were poured. It was a heartfelt, inspiring time for our guests.
Zach and Nathan delivered an absolute powerhouse menu, five stunning small plates that perfectly complemented the wines and took guests on a beautiful culinary journey. This allowed guests to see why Fat Rabbit has been given the very distinct title of being a Michelin Rated restaurant.
