The Cheesy Guys will be melting, scraping and pouring Raclette and pairing it with our newly released 2023 Estate Chardonnay! Mark Gibson (Chief Cheese Officer) will be melting and scraping a Quebec Fritz Kaiser Peppercorn Raclette, onto a delectable dish boiled baby potatoes (classic base) and pickles (cornichons and pearl/sweet pickled onions). To make this even more scrumptious, we’re offering half-price tasting flights! This popular Alpine dish is perfect for those dark December days, when you’re just craving something cheesy.
