The VP Eats truck will be onsite both Saturday May 24th and Sunday May 25th, trust us, you don’t want miss out on this experience! Rodel and Michelle will be dishing out flavour packed Asian fusion dishes, perfect to pair with a glass of wine from our award-winning line up.

Food Options:
Tostadas
Served in a crisp fried tortilla bowl, choice of creamy or Asian style coleslaw.
Topped with crispy pork belly spicy sisig.
**Served with tex-mex cheese.
Rice Bowls
Korean beef BBQ.
Served with choice of sauté vegetables (caramelized onion, button mushroom, bok-choy, and sweet pepper) or spicy cucumber kimchi.
Egg Noodles
Served with caramelized onion and sauté vegetables (caramelized onion, button mushroom, bok-choy, and sweet pepper), tossed in oyster sauce and VP Eats’ own chili oil sauce.

Meet Michelle and Rodel, the dynamic duo behind VP Eats Food Truck!
It all started with a big dream and a little bit of magic (okay, a lot of delicious food) from this family of five. With their three kiddos—R, A, and B—on board, Michelle and Rodel took their love of flavour and high-quality food and turned it into something special: a food truck that brings bold, mouth-watering Asian-inspired dishes to their beloved Niagara Region.
Why Asian-inspired? Because Rodel’s skills in the kitchen could make any professional chef jealous, and Michelle’s passion for creating unique, flavour-packed meals runs deep. With Rodel’s experience cooking in some of Toronto’s top restaurants, this duo is here to blend the best of both worlds: Asian flavours and comforting Western classics.
But why a food truck? Simple. It’s the perfect way to hit the road, have a blast, and share their delicious, bowl-worthy creations with communities all over Niagara Region.
