We are excited to announce that Wending Home Winery will participate for the first time in the Niagara Grape & Wine Festival Discovery Pass program. The Summer Sippers Discovery Pass returns for another proudly Canadian celebration of wine, food, and summer entertaining. In true Canadian spirit, every stop features something you won’t find anywhere else: a red AND a white wine poured with each seasonal dish. It’s the only time of year where two wines are paired to every bite—made for discovering flavour, planning menus, and celebrating summer the Canadian way.
Seasonal Dish – Sloppy Wending
Tender slow roasted chicken with sweet peppers and onions is coated in a rich, smoky Gamay BBQ sauce and served on a soft mini brioche slider roll. Finished with a crisp dill pickle for the perfect tangy crunch. This comforting handheld bite is bold, messy, and packed with nostalgic flavour. Gluten free bun option available while quantities last.
