We’re thrilled to announce not only a brand-new release, but also a one-of-a-kind wine: our 2021 Estate Auxerrois. This rare German varietal has until now only been showcased as part of our award-winning Estate Wending North blend. For the first, and only time, we’re releasing it on its own.
Auxerrois is a grape variety that deals in subtlety with an easy appeal. Crisp and approachable yet not acidic while displaying aromas of melons, green herbs and a touch of butter toasted almonds. Remarkably food friendly with lighter fare that is fresh and simple; like delicate fish, pasta with pesto, or pizza bianca.
