An eclectic Niagara red blend bringing together Cabernet Franc, Dornfelder, Gamay Noir and Lemberger. Dark blackberry and plum meet bright cherry and raspberry, with layers of black pepper, spice, forest floor and a subtle smokiness. Medium-full bodied with fine tannins and lively acidity, it’s a savoury, characterful wine we like to describe as “charcuterie in a glass.”
