2021 Rosé – Earth Series – Award Winner

Award winner at the Wine Align National Wine Awards.

Made with almost equal parts Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and Chardonnay grapes makes this wine truly exceptional. The Pinot’s provide a cherry-like red fruit flavour, and the Chardonnay brings in a peach/nectarine character profile that results in a truly scrumptious glass of wine. (Summer fruit pie anyone?!)

To truly bring this Rosé into the realm of ‘wonders’ is the cool fermentation this wine underwent in our large 500 L ceramic containers. This ‘Earth’ fermentation brings a pristine freshness to the wine, but also imparts a generous texture to the mouthfeel. We call these wines our “Earth Series” denoting the subtle but important contributions imparted by these stoneware ceramic vessels.
