Made with mature Viognier vines from Rick Smith’s vineyard in Niagara Lakeshore, this wine beautifully reflects the stony, loam soil that enhances the natural ‘peachy’ aromas of the grape. A supple ‘oily’ texture with balancing freshness is a unique Niagara terroir-take on this Rhone valley variety.
A cool glass of this wine brings aromatic white peaches and tangerine peel, with subtle notes of honeysuckle on the nose, with subtle licks of vanilla on the mouth.
